If you love ice cream, and your stomach can handle the coldness, but you want a kind of
little healthier "ice cream", here it is:)

Ingredients:

One very ripe banana with dark brown dots on the skin would be the best.

Instruction:

1. 24 hours before you want to eat the banana ice cream, peel the banana skin and cut
it into 1 inch long pieces.
2. Put the cut pieces into a container or a ziplog bag, and put it into the freezer for 24
hours.
3. When you ready to eat the ice cream, take the container out, and put the banana
pieces into blender, and blend them using liquefy button.

Serve 1 person.
