If you love gluten free and sugar free pancakes, here it is :)

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana, 2 eggs, a little oil, (honey, cinnamon and pecans, optional)

Instruction:

1.Whip eggs in a bowl, add banana chunks, or if prefer smoother , put eggs and
banana in a blender and blend them
2.Add cinnamon and pecans for crunch (optional)
3. Cook like normal pancake in a pan with the oil on med heat
4. Service with honey (optional)
Done.

Serves 1 person.
