Eat chicken as a snack is much better for your brain and your body
compare to eating crackers, chips, or sweets.  It can give you more energy
and stable mood.  Here is an easy way to make it yourself during the
weekends, so you can consume them over the week days.  it tastes like


5 chicken breasts, 5 tablespoon soy sauce, 3 slices of ginger, other spices
(optional), 2 tablespoon cooking wine (optional), 1 tangerine peel (optional).


1. slice the chicken breast into 0.5 inch wide strips, and marinated the strips
with all the ingredients for 20 minutes.
2. boil the chicken strips with all the ingredients in 2 cups of water for 10
minutes in medium heat. Continue boil them until all the juice is totally
absorbed into the chicken.
3. cool the trips down, put them into 5 small ziplocs, store in refrigerator,
take them with you wherever you go:)
