Cucumber is a great summer vegetable. This recipe is very easy to prepare.  You can
have the cucumber either cooked as a hot dish or uncooked as a salad.

Ingredients:

1 seedless cucumber cut into 2 inch pickle strips, 3 garlic cloves smashed and
chopped, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, plus

For uncooked: 1/2 tsp of sesame oil

For cooked: 1 small chili red pepper chopped (optional), 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp
olive oil

Instructions:

1. Add the salt to the cucumber, mix them well, let stand for 5 minutes, squeeze the
cucumber with hands, if some juice comes out, strain it out.

For uncooked: Add the garlic, vinegar and sesame oil into the cucumber, mix well,
done

For cooked : Add the olive oil, garlic, vinegar, pepper, soy sauce in a pan and cook
them until the sauce bubbling,  put in the cucumber, stir them quickly for about 5
seconds (about all the cucumbers have touched the sauce). done.

Serves 2 people.
