Eggs are great for breakfast as protein resources.  Here is a fancy way to cook eggs –
Egg Pudding.  It is very easy to digest and thus easily absorbed by your body.  In China,
it is often used to feed children as young as 4 months.

Ingredients:
2 eggs, 2 inches of green onion, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and some
sesame oil.

Instructions:
1.        Beat the eggs in a glass bowl or ceramic bow with the salt
2.        Add an equal amount of water slowly while stirring the egg mix
3.        Add the green onion
4.        Microwave for 4 minutes, OR
      4.a. Put the bowl in a pot that is filled with 1 inch of water
      4.b. Turn stove to medium-high and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the eggs
are no longer runny
5.        Take the bowl out from the microwave or the pot, and add the soy sauce and a
couple of drops of sesame oil on top of the egg. It is ready to serve.
