Natural calcium is absorbed better by our bodies. A patient shared this recipe with me. I
tried it and feel very good about it. So, I like to share it with you:)

Ingredients:

Eggshells from 1 carton of organic pastured chicken eggs, the darker and the thicker of
the eggshell, the better.

Instructions:

1. Remove any whites that might be stuck from the shells, but don’t remove membrane
as these have extra nutrients.
2. Boil the shells in 6 cups of filtered water for 10 minutes.
3. Dry the shells overnight, bake the shells 10 minutes in 200F oven.
4. Put the shells into a coffee grinder and use "Liquefy" to pulverized into a granular
form. Put the powder into a glass jar.

Serve 0.5-1 tsp daily with water or mix with food. Don’t consume more than 1 tsp a day
as it can irritate sensitive digestive tracks.
