There are many kinds of nutrition in green beans and it is better to eat them well
cooked. Uncooked green beans sometimes can cause stomachache. Here is a way to
cook the green beans.

Ingredients:

1 lb of green beans, 2 cloves of smashed and chopped garlic, 2 tablespoon of olive oil
or other cooking oil, 1 pitch of salt.

Instruction:

1. put the green beans, oil, and the salt in a pan, stir fry them until the green beans all
turn deeper green, add 2 cups of water, cover the lid,
2. stir the green beans from time to time until all the green bean's skin wrinkles, (if the
water dry before skin wrinkles, add a little more water),
3. add the garlic to the green beans 2 seconds before you take the green beans out of
the stove. Enjoy!

Serve 2 people.
