Walnuts are good snacks, it is a great source of protein and nourishes your brain. Here
is a recipe to make your walnuts taste even better.
0.5 lb raw walnuts, 1 tablespoon organic raw honey, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil.
1. Boil the walnuts and the honey in 3/4 cup of water for 5 minutes in medium high,
drain the walnuts out.
2. Warm up the oil in a non-stick pan and put all the walnuts into the pan, stir fry the
walnuts until they turn light brown.
3. Pour cooked walnuts onto paper towel or paper plat to cool down. Done!
