Breakfast is the most important meal during a day.  A high protein breakfast is ideal for
losing weight, improve memory and concentration.  When you are tired of just plain
eggs, this crepe/pancake recipe can help.

Ingredients:

2 eggs, 1 tablespoon flour, a little salt, half green onion chopped into small pieces, ½
tab spoon olive oil or other oil,

Instruction:

1. beat the eggs, flour, and salt together until fully mixed, add the onion without beating
2. put the cooking oil in a non-sticky pan, when the oil is warm, pour the egg mix into the
pan
3. wait until the pancake cooked on one side, then flip it over until the other side is
cooked, done.

Serves 1 person.
