A popular Chinese beverage for summer is green tea with pepper mint leaves. If you
are staying outside and sweat, you should drink it hot or warm to help expel your body
heat from your body through sweat, so that you will feel cool. If you are in a cool area,
you can drink it in any temperature as you desire to cool your body. Try it yourself:

Ingredients:

1 green tea bag, 3 fresh or dried pepper mint leaves

Instructions:

1. put the tea bag and the mint leaves into an 8-12 oz cup, add boiling water to the cup.
Serve hot or naturally cool down.
