Winter is dry and everything tends to be stagnated due to the lack of
activity. White radish can moisturize the body and get the energy moving.
 

Ingredients:

1.5 lb of pork rib cut into 1 inch cubes,
1 lb of white radish cut into 1 inch cubes,
4 slices of ginger root,
1 pitch of salt,
2 tablespoon of cooking wine (optional),
1 chopped green onion stalk.

Instructions:

1. put the ribs in a pot with 6 cups of water and cook it 5 minutes after the water starts
boiling. Throw away the boiling water and clean the ribs in warm water (to wash out
blood)

2. put the cleaned ribs, ginger, salt, 4 cups of water, and wine (optional) in a pot, cook
for 40 minutes, then put in the radish. Continue to cook until the radish well done.

3. add the green onion when ready to serve. Enjoy!



Serve 2 people.
