Here is the way you can make the rice milk yourself at home:
A. 1/2 cup rice or millet, 5 cups of water, sugar or salt as your desire.
1. Put the rice or millet and water together in a pot. Bring it to boil.
2. Simmer to low, but still keep the water bubbling for about 25 minutes. DO NOT
STIR it during the mean time.
3. Use a ladle to take the liquid part out, it is the rice milk. It may look like jello when
it is cool down because of its high starch and protein content. If you warm it up, it will
return to liquid. Add sugar or salt as desired.
