This is a very easy quick and high protein dish.  It serves with busy working schedule.


1 box of tofu, 1/2 lb of cooked frozen shrimp (raw shrimps are ok too) (61-70 count per
pound or larger), 1 green onion, 1 can of normal fat chicken broth.


1. dice the tofu into 1/2in cubes, put the dice tofu and the broth into a pan, bring to boil,
continue cook at medium heat for 10 minutes.
2. chop the green onion and put the chopped onion and the thawed shrimp into the pan,
wait the broth boil again.  Move the pan off the stove. Done. Enjoy!
