may not be able to absorb these nutrients if you eat them raw. Therefore, stir frying
vegetables can help your body absorb the nutrition you need from these vegetables and

1lb spinach or other leafy vegetables cut into 1.5 inch long, 1 tablespoon olive oil or
other oil, a pinch salt, half green onion chopped into small pieces,
1. put all the ingredients in a pan and turn on stove
2. stir the spinach or vegetables constantly and throughout
3. once all the pieces of vegetables evenly turn to a slightly darker color, take them out
to a dish, done!
