Tangerine or clementine (not orange) peels are good herbs for reducing phlegm,
reducing dampness, and promoting appetite and digestion.  This tea can be used for
drinking, or cooking soup, or mixing in with any of your dishes to increase the flavor too.

Ingredients:

Peels from one tangerine or clementine, 2 teaspoon raw organic honey (optional).

Instruction:

Boil the peels in 3 cups of water for 15 minutes. Throw away the peel.  Add the honey as
optional.  Done!
