A popular Chinese breakfast item is Tea Leaf Eggs.  They help strengthen the brain
and benefit concentration.  Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and culture, people
are encouraged to eat high protein foods in the morning, and eat less at dinner time.
The Tea Leaf Egg is a good source of protein for breakfast or for a snack anytime.
