It is easy and good for everyone, especially good for people who cannot digest
carbohydrates.

Ingredients:

2 lettuce leaves,
1 cooked chicken breast sliced, or other cooked meat,
other raw or cooked sliced vegetables as desired, and some dressing.

Instructions:

1. If you have any digestive problems, you should cook the lettuce leaves and the
veggies by either steam them or microwave them for 1 minute to make them cooked

2. Lay the lettuce leaves flat, put the meat and the other veggies at the center, add
dressing, roll it up.  Done:)

Serve one person.
